We stand behind every WingView. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Email support@trend-store.shop with your order number and reason. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
For defective items, we cover return shipping. For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
